Sautéed Lemon Garlic Shrimp with Chimichurri

INGREDIENTS FOR CHIMICHURRI:

  • 1/4 c parsley
  • 1-1/2 c fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  1. Rinse parsley and cilantro to clean.
  2. In a food processor place the parsley, cilantro, oregano, peeled garlic cloves, lemon juice, red pepper flake, salt and olive oil.
  3. Blend for about 3 minutes for the ingredients to combine.\
