Wild Coho Salmon is caught by hook and line fishers in Sitka, AK. The Coho Salmon, also know as Silver Salmon, are caught in the salt water, which means they will not have that “muddy” flavor. They are caught one at a time, cleaned on board the boat and packed on ice. This provides the highest quality of salmon available.
They are immediately shipped over-night on Alaska Airlines. We inspect and clean each and every fish. We fillet, vacuum pack, and freeze the salmon the same day we receive them. This provides the highest level of freshness possible.
Coho Salmon is leaner than Chinook Salmon, usually averaging 7%-8% body fat.

We offer free shipping to Washington and Oregon on orders over $185. $100 shipping flat rate FEDEX shipping outside of Washington and Oregon. Orders are shipped overnight via FedEx on Wednesday, for Thursday delivery.
