The fish is carefully sliced and frozen. The Lox is lightly smoked and is perfect served with Bagels or Crackers. Each side weighs one lb. After thawing and opening, the shelf life of the product is 6 days, with proper refrigeration.

We offer free shipping to Washington and Oregon on orders over $185. $100 shipping flat rate FEDEX shipping outside of Washington and Oregon. Orders are shipped overnight via FedEx on Wednesday, for Thursday delivery.
