Black cod, also known as sablefish or butterfish, is caught off the Oregon coast in the depths of the Pacific. With a high oil content and flakey texture, this smoked fish makes an ideal snack or appetizer, full of omega-3s and easy to split.
We custom smoke our fish in our own facility. The black cod is brined with unrefined cane sugar, unrefined evaporated sea salt, pepper, and bay leaves. We custom smoke for over 5 hours with a natural hardwood. No preservatives. No nitrates.
We offer free shipping to Washington and Oregon on orders over $185. $100 shipping flat rate FEDEX shipping outside of Washington and Oregon. Orders are shipped overnight via FedEx on Wednesday, for Thursday delivery.
